Accommodations
I am glad that you visited this beautiful villa in Tanvalda. The villa was built in 1926 and thanks to continuous maintenance it is still in such good condition. The last owners lived here for 23 long years and due to their increasing age, they were no longer able to properly care for the house. That’s why they decided to sell it and I was just looking for something to go to with my family. Fate brought me to these wonderful people. Since I used to go to these places with my parents in winter and summer since I was little, there was no option other than the Jizera Mountains. I know it here, I’ve been there and criss-crossed it, so I’m happy to advise or recommend where and when to look. It’s just like my second life/home and a place I always like to return to… I wish you a pleasant time spent in our villa, Václav Čechura.
Apartments
they are divided into three floors (ground floor / first floor / attic) and are individually lockable.

1st bedroom: 1 x double bed with en-suite shower room and sink
2nd bedroom: 2 x double bed
3rd bedroom: 1 x double bed, 1 x single bed and a private entrance to the turret, where the two of you can sit with coffee, wine, or have complete peace of mind for work.
Central corridor and from it entrance to individual rooms.
Bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and washing machine.
Separate toilet with sink.
Kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, blender, toaster, toaster.
Common room: large 75″ TV, 2 x sofa and coffee table, children’s corner with toys and folding mat.

2nd bedroom: 1 x double bed, 1 x bunk bed
3rd bedroom: 1x double bed and private entrance to the turret where you can sit for two with coffee, wine, or have complete peace of mind for work.

Living room: large TV with a diagonal of 85″, 2 x sofa and coffee table, foosball table, play corner for children with folding mat.
Large fully equipped kitchen, 2 x fridge freezer, microwave, delonghi coffee maker, ice maker, toaster, toaster, kettle, stove with oven, dishwasher, large dining table. The kitchen is entered through the living room.

a total of 8 people
1st bedroom: 2 x single beds
2nd bedroom: 1 x double bed
3rd bedroom: 2 x single bed and 1 x double bed

Large bathroom: shower, sink, toilet and large luxury bathtub with a view of the garden.

This floor cannot be rented individually, as it does not have a kitchen and a common room. It is possible to use it only in the case of a larger number of people.
